REFUND POLICY
With our business it is key for us to satisfy all customers! With that it is also important for us to maintain safety and security.
REFUND POLICY: All customers can request a refund of any product that was purchased within 48 hours of your request. The base of a refund must be that there was a transactional problem, product compatibility issues with stated compatible DAWS or systems, or a missing product. All must be provided with evidence of these issues such as screenshots, video recordings, payment proof, and any other requested evidence by us.
